Sam Cohen, PA-C graduated with a master’s degree from Mass College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2012. He has worked at DermASAP since 2014. As a physician assistant specialized in dermatology, Sam manages a variety of general dermatological complaints including acne, rashes, infections, disorders of hair and nails, and has a special interest in skin cancer prevention, detection and management. Sam’s approach to health care centers on patient education and patient involvement. Sam is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Massachusetts Academy of Physician Assistants. When not at work, Sam can often be found riding his bike, spending time with his wife or playing with his daughter and dog.
David Peckham, PA-C
David Peckham, PA-C, is a board certified Physician Assistant specializing in medical and surgical dermatology since 2008. David received his Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant studies from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences University and a Bachelor of Science degree in cardiopulmonary science from Northeastern University. David is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. He is part of the clinical faculty at MCPHS University and is a clinical preceptor for their PA students.
Damon Curtis, PA-C
Damon Curtis PA-C graduated from the University of New England Physician’s Assistant program. He has a passion for making people look good, feel better, and strives to detect skin cancer early to minimize its impact. Damon joins DermAsap after working for several years in dermatology practices in Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts. He is a member of the New England Dermatology Society, and the Massachusetts Association of Physician’s Assistants. In his spare time he enjoys traveling, fitness and spending time with his family and dog.
Rachel Cohen FNP-BC
Rachel Cohen DCNP, FNP-BC is a dermatology certified nurse practitioner and has been a family nurse practitioner for over ten years, caring for patients across the lifespan. She graduated from the MGH Institute of Health Professions, where she was a member of the nursing honor society. Rachel manages a wide variety of medical and surgical dermatology with emphasis on patient education and skin cancer prevention. She is a member of the American Nurses Association and the Dermatology Nurses Association. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and their two young sons
